Preschool is the early childhood education that can be provided to the kid at home or in school. Children from age 3 to 4 years are treated as preschoolers and there is properly trained staff and teachers to teach.
When we listen to the term preschool, the first thing that comes to mind is playing and fun activities to keep the kids engaged. But this is not true. All of the Preschools in Allen are not just about playing. Children learn while playing according to their age.
There are lots of activities that can be used to teach different age-appropriate skills to preschoolers. If I name them all, the list would be so long. So I am discussing a few of them to give you an idea of what preschools activities are and how they can help in the learning process.

Help children to paint some rocks and keep them as their pets. This activity not only expresses creativity but also boosts the hand-eye coordination of the kids. Painting a rock as a pet polish the creative and problem-solving skills of the kids which are going to help them in their future life.

This is a great technique to teach phonics to kids and most of the kids love to take part in this activity even if they are not so responsive in the classroom.

Hopscotch is a traditional game and it can be modified a little to help children learn their name spellings. You can write the spellings of the kid’s name in the different sections of hopscotch and ask the child to jump on the spellings in a sequence. You can add a little twist by singing a song or a rhyme along with your kid.

Water Play
All the kids enjoy a lot while playing in the water. Water games develop self-confidence in the kid and let them explore nature in their way. Such games also strengthen the kids physically.
Always make sure kids are under adult supervision while they are playing in the water. A little amount of water is enough for a child to drown in it. So if kids are playing with water at home, parent supervision is necessary. Similarly, if in school, teachers are responsible for the supervision.

Painting and printing different objects are activities kids will love to do. Most preschools in Allen arrange painting sessions for preschoolers and the reason is these activities are very good for the development of fine motor skills in children of young age.
