4.     Bright field/ backlight

5.     Ring Light

The ring light coaxial illumination mounts directly on a lens, which causes a reduction in shadowing and uniform illumination when used at proper distances. However, they form a circular glare pattern from reflective surfaces and work only in relatively short working distances.

6.     Diffuse Axial Illumination

Diffuse axial illumination helps to diffuse light in-line with optics. Its lens looks through a beam splitter that is reflecting light onto the object. Moreover, the lighting is coaxial to imaging access. It is highly beneficial as it is very even and diffuse, has great reducing shadow, and very little glare.
