Ingredients

  10. Two egg whites
  11. Two tablespoons of rice flour
  12. Oil as required
  13. Onion cut into two pieces
  14. Two lemons

  16. Four green chillies finely chopped
  17. A cup of thick tamarind juice
  18. Ginger two tablespoons crushed
  19. A teaspoon of white cumin
  20. A pinch of black salt
  21. A cup of warm fresh milk
  22. Tomatoes cut into three slices
  23. Become four to six numbers

Directions:

  1. Therefore, In a saucepan, add beef seasonings, lentils, red chillies, a little hot spices, garlic cloves, ginger, coriander and salt, add three to four cups of hot water and cook.

  9. White cumin    a tablespoon
  10. Fennel    a tablespoon
  11. Large cardamom seeds   a teaspoon
  12. Ginger      a teaspoon
  13.      a teaspoon
  14. Yogurt     a cup
  15. Flour       half a cup
  16. Citric acid      half a teaspoon
  17. Cooking oil    a cup

Directions:

  1. In a saucepan, add the meat, bones, and tubes, an onion, pepper, and ten to twelve cups of water, and cook for four to six hours.
  2. Finely grind fennel, large cardamom seeds, ginger, and paprika and set aside.
  3. In a separate pan, heat the cooking oil over medium heat for three to four minutes and fry the remaining two onions until golden. Add the garlic and fry lightly for one to two minutes, Similarly, add the flour and fry until fragrant.
